Heavy Equipment Operator - Dirt Crew / Grading

** 50 to 65 hours per week, weather permitting **

We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to add to our team. This is a seasonal position, you can use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish or for other activities you enjoy while your benefits continue year round.

As a successful Operator, you will have:
- Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations
- 3-5 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance and operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, possible nights and some Saturdays

Role Overview:
This position is responsible to safely maintain and operate various equipment (Dozer, Skidsteer, Excavator, Loader) to produce quality asphalt paving, grading, or aggregate projects. Will need to display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members.

Wage Range: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience.
